Winston Churchill once said “There are two things that are more difficult than making an after-dinner speech: climbing a wall which is leaning toward you and kissing a girl who is leaning away from you.”   At Hertfordshire speakers we can’t teach you to climb a wall nor kiss a girl but you may well learn to make an after dinner speech!    You could also learn to be a leader such as Churchill was.

Yes at Hertfordshire Speakers we aim to provide a fun and supportive environment for people to develop their communication skills and also their leadership skills.   We have members from all manner of backgrounds and professions.  We have university students, trainers, accountants, sales people, therapists, IT professionals.   People from all walks of life become members with one aim in mind; to join a club that will help them grow as individuals.

The club has people with experience from beginner to the more accomplished, what are known as advanced speakers.  When you join you start working through two manuals, one for communication and one for leadership.
